Try A Banana Spice Smoothie This Summer

Summer is here, and that means it’s time drink smoothies for a meal. This smoothie is a fun one. Think of it as a Banana+ Smoothie.


  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 2 cups vanilla kefir (a drinkable yogurt)
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground allspice
  • 12 ice cubes


Preparation (as if it needed to be said)
Combine kefir, bananas, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice and ice cubes in a blender; blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
